All treatments are offered by appointment only. To request an appointment, please complete the Intake & Information Form and submit the required $25 deposit. Once your information has been reviewed, your appointment will be confirmed by email, text message, or phone call. The deposit will be applied toward your treatment.

The studio is located in North York, near the Finch and Weston area. The full address will be provided upon confirmation of your appointment.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be required to reschedule their appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, late arrivals requiring rescheduling, missed appointments, and no-shows are non-refundable, and the deposit will be forfeited.

A separate consultation is not required. Every treatment includes a personalized skin consultation and assessment on the day of your appointment. Your skin concerns, goals, lifestyle, and current skincare routine will be reviewed, and a customized care plan will be created to support your long-term skin health. Once your care plan has been established, future treatments and recommendations will be tailored to your skin’s individual needs, concerns, and condition as it evolves over time. For this reason, many clients choose to begin with the Signature Facial, which allows for a comprehensive assessment and a treatment experience tailored to their skin’s unique needs.
