By booking an appointment with Skin by Al-Sura, you agree to the following protocols designed to ensure professional, clinical excellence.
01. APPOINTMENTS, REVIEW & DEPOSIT
• Booking: All services are by appointment only and subject to clinical review.
• Deposits: A $25 deposit is required to confirm your appointment, payable via Interac e-Transfer. This is applied toward the total cost of your service.
• Review Process: After submission, I will contact you to briefly discuss the appointment and clinical expectations.
• Cancellations: With adequate notice, appointments may be rescheduled, and the deposit may be refunded or applied to future care.
02. ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your time.
5 Mins Late: Shortened treatment time.
10 Mins Late: Requires rescheduling.
15 Mins Late: "No-show" status. Deposit forfeited.
03. RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT
Skin by Al-Sura is a private home-based studio. I maintain a calm, clinical, and professional environment.
Any form of disrespectful, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate cancellation of the session without a refund.
04. HEALTH, SAFETY & RESULTS
Accuracy: Clients are responsible for providing complete health and skin history. I reserve the right to decline services deemed unsuitable.
Results: Individual results vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes as skin health is an evolving journey.
05. LOCATION & PRIVACY
To maintain the privacy of the studio, the full address and access instructions are shared via private message only after the appointment is confirmed and the deposit is received.

Clinical Tracking: With your consent, before-and-after photos may be taken for treatment tracking and business purposes.
Photos are used strictly with written consent and may be used for professional, educational, or promotional purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
04. CONFIDENTIALITY & WEBSITE
The Studio: As a private home-based studio, the full address is shared only after confirmation to protect the privacy of the space and the practitioner.
Digital: This website uses basic analytics to improve functionality. These do not personally identify visitors.
